Rigorous Testing, Inspection

We work hard to earn that kind of loyalty. That's why each certified pre-owned robot must also pass a rigorous 60+ point testing and inspection process performed by factory-trained technicians using only brand-new Motoman parts.

This detailed and intensive process includes backlash evaluation on each robot axis; a weighted 24-hour run; torque monitor testing; and repeatability software analysis. Every robot is calibrated using our MotoCal™ process before it leaves Motoman to ensure the utmost accuracy for your process. A copy of all data gathered during this exhaustive process is attached to the robot when shipped.

Software Upgrades

Certified pre-owned robots include the latest software upgrade or we can match the existing software version at your facility for continuity, if you prefer. Standard manuals on CD for your robot arm and controller are included.

One-Year Parts Only Warranty

Every certified pre-owned Motoman robot is backed by a one-year parts warranty, which covers the cost for any part failure in the first 12 months. This warranty period begins the day the robot arrives at your facility.
