The ArcWorld C-200/500 provides a compact, affordable solution for welding small- to medium-size parts at medium to high production volumes. A cylindrical safety enclosure around the rear of the robot allows operators to safely load parts in a workstation adjacent to one the robot is working on. Powered roll-up doors safeguard the operator from the active station. The space-saving design enables all the equipment to be mounted on a single base for quick setup. The two work stations can be equipped with stationary tables (AWC-200) or with single- or two-axis positioners (AWC-500) in a variety of configurations and payload capacities.

Easy Setup and Program

  • All equipment is mounted to a single base that just needs to be spotted, powered and programmed. Powered roll-up door extends to the ground, allowing programmers and operators full access into the work station for teaching and loading.

Part Positioner Options

  • Stationary Table Kit (AWC-200) The most basic level provides risers on which to rest a table top or fixture. Locator pins and bolt holes are provided for repeatable fixture changeover.
  • MHTH-Series Headstocks Drives are integrated into the base supporting the robot, providing a reduced profile. Utilities for fixtures can be routed through the robot riser and out through the headstock. The headstock has a large 110 mm thru-hole and is available in 300, 600 or 900 kg capacities.
  • MHT-500 Headstock/Tailstock Positioner Very economical positioner provides very high payload capacity (up to 1,025 kg) with Motoman’s patent-pending MotoMount™ fixture mounting system.
  • MHTH-900-500TR Tilt/Rotate Positioner Two-axes of rotation maintain ideal welding posture on parts with compound curves. It features a 500 kg payload and slim profile with positioner utilities routed through the robot riser.
